About the numbers above
The Wolverine stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 together, either from two vials or from a single pre-mixed blend vial. The blend is normally a 1:1 ratio, 10 mg of each for a 20 mg vial. Neither peptide is an approved medicine and both are sold for research use.
The ratio is the catch. On their own, BPC-157 is commonly reported at 250 to 500 mcg daily and TB-500 at 2 to 2.5 mg twice weekly, which is not a 1:1 ratio at all. In a blend you dose both at the same time in the vial's fixed proportions, so people typically report 0.5 to 1 mg of total blend per day, which delivers 250 to 500 mcg of each. - It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 20 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 5 units, and with 3 mL it is 15 units.
- How much bacteriostatic water for a 20 mg BPC-157 / TB-500 blend vial?
- 2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 10 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 0.25 mg to 2 mg between roughly 2.5 and 20 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
- How many doses are in a 20 mg vial?
- Divide 20 by your dose. At 1 mg that is 20 doses, which at once daily is 20 days.
