What is in the vial

KLOW is GLOW with KPV added. The label says 80 mg; that is 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg KPV, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in a fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio. You dose the blend, and the split between peptides is whatever the ratio gives you. None of the four is an approved medicine; the vial is sold for research.

The protocol most sites copy from each other reconstitutes the 80 mg vial with 2 mL (40 mg/mL) and runs two phases. Treat it as a description of what is reported, not a recommendation.

At that schedule the loading month uses 20 draws of 4 mg, which is 80 mg, the whole vial. Plan on a second vial for maintenance. Reported cycles run 8 to 12 weeks on and 4 to 8 weeks off.

Common questions

How many units of KLOW should I take?
The commonly reported loading dose is 10 units a day, five days a week, from an 80 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. That is 4 mg of blend. Maintenance is usually reported at 5 units three times a week. Whether any of that is right for you is a question for a clinician.
How much bacteriostatic water for an 80 mg KLOW vial?
2 mL is the most copied setup and gives 40 mg/mL, so 10 units is 4 mg. With 3 mL the same 10 units is 2.67 mg, and with 4 mL it is 2 mg. Write the volume on the vial.
How long does an 80 mg KLOW vial last?
At the reported loading dose of 4 mg five days a week, exactly four weeks. At the maintenance dose of 2 mg three times a week, about 13 weeks.
Can I take KLOW every day?
Reports describe five days on, two off during loading rather than daily. The two peptides in it with any human safety data (BPC-157 and TB-500 have very little; GHK-Cu and KPV have less) do not settle the question. Ask a clinician.
