About the numbers above

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue related to GHRP-6. It produces a large growth hormone pulse per microgram, and reports consistently note that the response fades with continuous use, which is why it tends to be run in short cycles. It is not an approved medicine and is sold for research.

A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL gives 2,500 mcg/mL, so 100 mcg is 0.04 mL, or 4 units. Commonly reported doses are 100 mcg, one to three times a day. If 4 units feels too small to read, reconstitute with 3 or 5 mL rather than changing the dose.

How long it stays in you

Not well characterised in humans. This site only draws a decay curve where a half-life is actually documented in humans, so there is none here. Treat any precise figure you see elsewhere for Hexarelin with suspicion.

How many units is 100 mcg of Hexarelin?
It depends entirely on how much water you added. In a 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL, the concentration is 2.5 mg/mL, so 100 mcg is 0.04 mL, which is 4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. In the same vial with 1 mL of water it is 2 units, and with 3 mL it is 6 units.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg Hexarelin vial?
2 mL is the usual choice. It gives 2.5 mg/mL, which puts the commonly reported range of 50 mcg to 300 mcg between roughly 2 and 12 units. Aim for a draw between about 10 and 50 units, where the barrel is easiest to read, and add or remove water to get there.
How many doses are in a 5 mg vial?
Divide 5 by your dose. At 100 mcg that is 50 doses, which at once daily is 50 days.
How many units is 100 mcg of hexarelin?
