The Wolverine stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 together. It comes two ways: a single blend vial, usually 10 mg of each (20 mg total), or two separate vials dosed on their own schedules. The chart covers both. Neither peptide is an approved medicine; both are sold for research.
Blend vial, 20 mg (10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500)
Every draw is half BPC-157 and half TB-500. Commonly reported: 0.5 to 1 mg of blend per day, which is 250 to 500 mcg of each.

Reported protocols often run TB-500 as a loading phase (4 to 10 mg a week split in two) for four to six weeks and then drop to a maintenance dose, while BPC-157 stays at a steady daily amount. A blend vial cannot do that.

- Is the Wolverine stack better as a blend or as separate vials?
- Separate vials let you run TB-500 twice weekly with a loading phase and BPC-157 daily, which is how each is usually reported. A blend locks both to the same schedule and a 1:1 ratio. The blend is simpler; the separate vials are more flexible.
- How much water for a 20 mg BPC-157 TB-500 blend vial?
- 2 mL gives 10 mg/mL, so 1 mg of blend is 10 units and 0.5 mg is 5 units. That keeps the reported doses in the easy-to-read part of the barrel.
