What is in the vial

GLOW is sold as 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in one 70 mg vial, a fixed 5:1:1 ratio. The three cannot be dosed separately. None of them is an approved medicine and the blend is sold for research. The solution is blue from the copper in GHK-Cu.

How many units of GLOW per day?
The commonly reported dose is 10 units a day from a 70 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL, which is 2.33 mg of blend. Whether that is right for you is a clinical question.
How much bacteriostatic water for a 70 mg GLOW vial?
3 mL is the most reported and gives 23.3 mg/mL. 2 mL gives 35 mg/mL, so the same 2.33 mg dose is 7 units instead of 10.
How long does a 70 mg GLOW vial last?
At 10 units a day from 3 mL, 30 days.
What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?
KLOW is GLOW plus 10 mg of KPV, so 80 mg instead of 70 mg. The reported dosing differs too: KLOW is usually reported with 2 mL of water at 10 units five days a week during loading.
